The San Diego Energy District (SDED) is a Southern California non-profit organization accelerating the transition to a clean energy economy through education and advocacy work.
SDED was asked to conceptualize and deliver a highly engaging webinar that would position Siemens Energy as a thought leader in the industry and support Siemens Energy’s business development efforts for the company’s Green Hydrogen business.
The challenge was to meet Siemens Energy’s expectations by attracting a high number of relevant, influential industry leaders to a webinar created for its high-profile partner.
The webinar was the most successful in SDED’s history with two immediate leads for Siemens Energy.

“Alder & Co. has helped us build the foundations for future business with Siemens Energy by helping us to deliver an extremely successful webinar. The team was laser-focused on creating messaging that resonates with and attracts the right audience, and they introduced new channels for reaching that audience. In addition, Bettina became a trusted advisor to SDED on marketing, messaging, and business development beyond the project brief. I highly recommend Alder to any organization that needs strategic marketing support as well as high-quality, reliable execution.”

High Profile Brand Meets Circular Economy Demands
The Energy Smart Jobs program was administered through the California Energy Commission and funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. It included multiple partner organizations from government agencies to utilities. Because of the brand’s high profile and its requirement to co-brand with several organizations, we developed a strategy that allowed the brand to stand on its own while remaining versatile enough to complement partners in co-branding scenarios.
Driving Growth by Putting the Pieces Together

Alder designed an integrated lead generation campaign that used Camus’ existing content to generate qualified leads while also increasing brand awareness across channels.
